A Lancashire law firm has launched a new leadership forum for business owners to join forces to share their challenges and ideas.
Brabners Lancashire Business Circle will be held on May 16 at Brabners’ Grade A Central Lancashire office. It will include an economic update from Stephen Gregson, corporate finance director at accountancy and business advisory firm MHA Moore and Smalley.
This will be followed by an expert panel led discussion covering topics including how to navigate future business challenges, strategically scale up, and how to ensure businesses are best placed to capitalise on growth opportunities.
Panellists include Andre Dawson Gerrard, FirstComm Recruitment; Nikki Whittle, head of corporate, Brabners Lancashire and Stephen Gregson, MHA Moore and Smalley.
After the panel discussion, a series of smaller facilitated group sessions will allow business leaders to meet, engage with each other and discuss their businesses in a confidential environment so that other members of the group can support them with advice and new perspectives.
The previous pilot event in February saw around 20 Lancashire businesses attend.
Nikki Whittle, partner, Brabners Lancashire, said; “We’ve established this new forum for likeminded business leaders to unite around key challenges and opportunities, whilst providing a solution-based approach on how to best navigate and capitalise on them going forward.
“Stephen Gregson is a well-known and respected figure in Lancashire’s corporate finance community and his economic outlook will help entrepreneurs discuss their business plans with an understanding of the external factors which may influence their operations this year.”
The Brabners Lancashire Business Circle is hosted at the Brabners Lancashire office at Sceptre Court Business Park in Central Lancashire. Brabners Lancashire relocated from Winckley Square, Preston, to the new Grade A office in 2021.
