Create Developments, part of Create Group - Blackpool, is pleased to announce that construction work on the extension of their successful Hampton By Hilton Hotel on South Shore has begun.
Specialists in Turn-Key Hotel & Residential Developments, Create Developments will be completing the extension project withtheir sister company, Create Construction, who will be providing the construction expertise.
The successful hotel, which has played an important part supporting the regeneration of the South Shore, currently comprises of 130 bedrooms, a fitness room, a business work zone, reception area and restaurant/bar.
The new £7m extension will provide 74 additional bedrooms, a larger and more efficient kitchen & breakfast area, as well as flexible meeting & business spaces, which will all greatly increase the hotel’s capacity and efficiency. Guests will also benefit from the most up-to-date Hilton interior designs and specifications.
The extension will help to satisfy the increasing demand from Hilton Honors guests, business visitors and tourists to the town and will also be able to support to the Blackpool Conference Centre and new Winter Gardens exhibition centre extension, which is due to host future Conservative Party forums.

+ Create Construction will begin building works on 12th July 2021 with a build duration of 53 weeks and aim to keep disruption for locals and visitors to a minimum.
