Bespoke Hotels has secured a lease to operate Blackpool’s Lyndene Hotel from Fragrance Group, which purchased the property this month.
Following the acquisition of the town’s Imperial Hotel in January, The Lyndene forms part of a significant and ongoing expansion into the UK market by the Singaporean company.Previously Blackpool’s largest family-run hotel, The Lyndene Hotel had been owned by the Young family for over 25 years, before being purchased by Fragrance Group in September, 2017.
The property boasts 140 en-suite rooms, three bar areas, two restaurants, as well as two sea-view lounges hosting nightly entertainment.“The acquisition of The Lyndene Hotel represents a further milestone in the partnership between Bespoke Hotels and Fragrance Group”, said Haydn Fentum, CEO of Bespoke Hotels.
