Birchall Foodservice launches e-commerce platform for caterers

Independent wholesaler, Birchall Foodservice, has launched OrderMate; an e-commerce platform built specifically for chefs and caterers.

The innovative catering platform has all the features expected from an e-commerce system, such as easy online ordering, images, favourites and order history, but also includes a number of extra features that are essential for caterers in the modern world. These include a list builder, instant chat with a telesales partner, and the ability to filter down your searches by live allergen, nutritional and dietary information.

The award-winning family business believes OrderMate will save caterers time in the kitchen by giving them complete ordering flexibility and helping them quickly and easily plan their menus.
