Birchall Blackburn Law wins 11 customer experience awards

Birchall Blackburn Law has won 11 customer service awards for its work in conveyancing.

The law firm, which has offices in Chester, Chorley, Leyland, Manchester, Morecambe, Preston and Southport, earned the regional and national awards at the ESTAS 2017.

The 11 included Best in County for each of Lancashire, Manchester and Merseyside, the Conveyancing Association Member Award, the silver award for Best Office in the UK, gold, silver and bronze for Best North West (North) office, as well as gold and silver for Best North West (South) office, and the gold award for Best Regional Office (6 to 20 branches).

The ESTAS winners are determined by using feedback from clients.
