Big Presence are incredibly excited to be working with the mental health charity Lancashire Mind in developing and delivering a bespoke sales training course for their team.
The course itself will be tailored specifically to the needs of the Lancashire Mind team, with an in-depth discovery session and skills gap analysis conducted to highlight the focus areas, however the ultimate objective of the course will be to provide more services to the people of Lancashire.
Lancashire Mind is the local branch of the inspiring mental health charity, Mind. With a number of services across the county, their aim is to support people of all ages to understand how to look after their mental health, and ultimately achieve mental wellbeing.
Andy Coles, Big Presence’s technical director, said: “We are beyond thrilled to be working with Lancashire Mind on this project. Lancashire Mind support an incredible amount of people in the local community and to be able to contribute to this through our sales training course feels really special."
The course will be delivered through a mixture of half-day in-person sessions and 90 minute online sessions to allow for flexibility across the team. The bespoke training plan will look at real-life situations and examples that the team commonly face to ensure they can take what they have learnt from the sessions and directly use it within their roles.
Jonathan Finch, commercial director at Big Presence, said: “Having personally grown up in Lancashire, and setting up a business here, it is an honour to give back to the community, which is why we have agreed with Lancashire Mind to provide our sales training course at a reduced rate, to allow them to put more money back in to their other projects."
The Big Presence team can’t wait to get started on this project and we will be sure to provide more updates about the success of the course as it progresses.
