Former High Sheriff of Lancashire Ann Dean has been given the lifetime achievement at this year's BIBAs.
Ann is involved in a wide range of roles in business, charity and educational organisations. Her business interests include a role as a director of Gutterking, a family-owned group of builders’ merchants, founder and owner of Benetimo PR, which specialises in the healthcare sector, and a role as a director on the Lancashire Enterprise Partnership.
Twenty awards in total were handed out across the evening, which took place at Blackpool Tower. The winners will join The BIBAs Academy to receive support for future growth. Profits from the evening will be put towards the BIBAs Foundation, which supports enterprise programmes designed to create the next generation of Lancashire business leaders.
