Training provider TrainingStation helped the company create bespoke programmes for its employees and recruit apprentices from the local area.

BES, which was set-up by energy entrepreneur Andy Pilley, employs more than 200 people, making it one of the largest private sector employers on the Fylde coast.The company supplies gas and electricity to more than 30,000 business customers across the UK.
