Belmont Packaging has rolled over its contract with Chorley-based digital agency Bespoke after an 82 per cent growth in website leads in 2021 led to a 15 per cent increase in sales for the corrugated cardboard packaging manufacturer over the last year.
Wigan-based Belmont Packaging manufactures custom printed and plain corrugated cardboard boxes for retail, transit, subscription and display-ready packaging, primarily for the footwear, fashion, health, beauty, food, drink and ecommerce sectors.
Belmont Packaging first began working with Bespoke in 2014 to help increase the number of leads generated by its website and has enjoyed year-on-year increases in sales ever since, with 2021 being the biggest yet.
Belmont Packaging owner Kate Hulley said: “With the war on plastic meaning businesses are looking for more sustainable options for their packaging, corrugated cardboard packaging has been on the rise for a number of years.
“With the ecommerce boom during the pandemic, demand for recyclable packaging has grown even further, so our website has a big job to do in ensuring customers can find the packaging solutions they need from us.
“Bespoke’s systemised approach to working in partnership in order to achieve the best possible results has paid dividends over the years and so we are more than happy to roll over our retainer with them after another bumper year.”
Employing 12 staff in both Lancashire and London, Bespoke is a lead generation specialist agency. As well as designing and building websites, the agency also delivers online campaigns through retainers to help in-house marketing teams maximise their returns from their online spend.
