Bee expert named on environmental power list

We’re delighted to see The Bee Centre’s own Simon Cordingley (FIEMA C.Env. MCIWM) listed in the 2023 Ends Power List of the 100 most influential environmental professionals in the UK.

With over 30 years of experience in the environmental and sustainability profession, Simon has been driving sustainable change in organisations across the world. He now enjoys helping to create positive environmental impacts by enhancing biodiversity in Lancashire and beyond.

Drawing on decades of management and consultancy experience he also enjoys delivering our amazing ‘Team Days’, where he explains how much better bees are at running a business than most humans. We also explore why biodiversity is an increasingly important business issue.

Simon works with a growing team of people at The Bee Centre, including Kath Cordingley (our head beekeeper and bee and plant expert) as well as some 10 million busy honeybees. 

Simon has been using The Ends Report as a key source of reliable information for over 30 years. Nice to see him featured in their new Power List resource alongside colleagues from the IEMA as well as Chris Packham, Tony Juniper and others.
