Birchall Blackburn Law has promoted three talented lawyers as part its strategic growth programme.
Debora Harrison, Gillian Graveson and Tammy Jones have been promoted to partner at the firm’s Preston office on Avenham Street.Debora Harrison, 41, lives in the Ribble Valley and specialises in clinical negligence. Her field of expertise includes all aspects of personal injury, catastrophic injury, medical and clinical negligence.
She recently achieved a settlement of £1.5 m for a client and is a Senior Litigator Accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Her promotion follows a commitment to the protection of clients who have suffered from medical accidents and hospital or GP failings, plus a dedication to handling very sensitive and complicated cases with expert care.Gillian Graveson from Catforth has been a practicing family lawyer for over 20 years and heads up the family law team in Preston. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, a qualified Collaborative Lawyer and a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel.
Tammy Jones, 34 and from Buckshaw Village, started her career at Birchall Blackburn Law as junior case worker while she completed her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course (LPC).
