Birchall Blackburn Law has strengthened its specialist private client team department after one of its trainees qualified as solicitor.
Michelle Corlett, who is 26 and from Euxton, is based at the firm’s Chorley office on High Street and will help clients with a range of legal issues such as wills, trusts and probate.She joined Birchall Blackburn Law in 2012 as trainee from Forbes solicitors and gained experience in the firm’s compliance, conveyancing, commercial litigation and private client departments. Michelle also has knowledge of commercial debt recovery and enforcement.
Michelle commented: “I am proud to be part of a growing team that delivers expert advice.“There’s nothing more important than ensuring you have planned for the future but it can be a complex area of law and I’m pleased I can help clients access the best possible support.”

Michelle studied an undergraduate honours degree in Law at Lancaster University and completed a Graduate Diploma and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Manchester.
