Businesses are invited to buy Baubles of Care this Christmas in aid of East Lancashire Hospice.
The initiative which aims to raise funds for the hospice, encourages businesses to spread some festive cheer and support vital care given to patients across East Lancashire this Christmas.
Each day, it costs more than £8,000 to run the hospice’s 10-bedroom Inpatient Unit – and the charity is asking local businesses to help with essential running costs during the festive season.
By making a donation, your business will directly support the care provided to patients and their families. In return, you'll receive a special East Lancashire Hospice Christmas bauble, and your company logo will be featured on a banner displayed in the hospice throughout December.
Marisa Bannan, corporate fundraiser, said: “This Christmas, you can make a real difference in our community. We support patients and their families when they need it the most – but our services cost money to staff and maintain.
“Christmas is a time to spend time with your loved ones – and we want to ensure that those with life-limiting illnesses are comfortable.
“By making a donation and receiving a Bauble of Care you’re helping us spread holiday cheer and supporting those in need this Christmas.”
To contribute, simply fill out the form on the East Lancashire Hospice website or contact Marisa Bannan for more information by emailing [email protected] or call 01254 916928.
