Baines Wilson announces promotions

Lancaster-based Baines Wilson LLP, a niche commercial law firm, has promoted three of its solicitors.

Katherine Sibley moves up from associate to partner and will head up the developing area of Construction and Engineering at the firm as well as handling other contentious matters as a member of the commercial litigation team.

Caroline Rayner has also been promoted to Associate within the Employment Department. Caroline has worked closely with Joanne Holborn and Tom Scaife since joining Baines Wilson in 2014.

Further recognising the Employment department’s growth, Tom Scaife has also been promoted to Partner.

Tom has become renowned for his strong rapport with clients and pragmatic approach to the thorniest of employment issues and has become a well-known and respected figure in the business community.
