Arthur Padgett Plumbers continually embraces new technologies and see its apprentices as a way of disseminating the new skills needed to every member of their team.Edward Padgett said: “We are very proud that our approach to training apprentices with Themis, going back nearly a century, is still regarded as being of the highest quality. To be recognised as the best micro employer in the country really is a special accolade. We would like to dedicate this prestigious award to all Arthur Padgett’s apprentices over the last 91 years.”
Themis’ Silver Award sees them honoured in the category for the second year in a row, having topped the bill in 2014. This award recognises Themis’ continued dedication to putting the learner and employer at the heart of their Apprenticeship provision. Simon Jordan, Themis director, said: “We’re extremely proud of the quality of the Apprenticeships we offer and we’re sure that this is in no small part down to the relationships we have built with employers.
