This May sees the return of Lancaster's showcase Digital, Tech and Innovation event the Array Festival. This year builds on the success of 2020's inaugral event with a range of seminars, discussions, networking sessions and entrepreneur interviews.
Array Festival will be delivered as a hybrid event, incorporating both virtual and offline platforms. Whilst a number of the events will be broadcast to a virtual audience, others will be live streamed from the city's new digital and tech hub, Fraser House, in front of a live audience.
Festival organiser Dan Knowles is looking forward to this years event. "In 2020 Array Festival had a great start, and despite the pandemic, it was a huge success. This year the event will be more polished, and key themes of Digital and Creative, Low Carbon and Electech will be represented as well as an inspiring day to focus on recovery."
The event's main aims are to encourage enterprise in the city region and promote high skilled job opportunities. "North Lancashire is quickly becoming a hotbed of innovation in a number of sectors. The unique location of the city region means Lancaster is a terrific place to invest or start a career," Dan continued.
