Appointments of the week: Forbes appoint solicitor and paralegal to housing and regeneration team

Law firm Forbes Solicitors has grown its housing and regeneration department by appointing solicitor Sabina Patel and paralegal Joshua Burke.

“I am delighted to be working in the Housing and Regeneration Property team at Forbes, and handling a wide range of matters including property sales and acquisitions, right to buy, right to acquire, plot sales, and leases,” commented Sabina.

Joshua also from Blackburn, originally studied Spanish and Russian at the University of Manchester graduating with a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages. During his time at university he studied in both Yaroslavl and St Petersburg, Russia and in Murcia, Spain.

“My long term goal is to qualify as a solicitor at Forbes, and continue my career within the firm,” commented Joshua. “As a Paralegal I mainly assist the solicitors in their work for the clients who are Registered Providers of Social Housing. I also help out with drafting witness statements, injunction orders and other legal documents.”
