Appitized Health will work with LWDP Caring Concepts to run a four week pilot, trialing a reminiscent therapy app that helps aid short and long term memory loss, specifically forthose affected by dementia.
The app was codeveloped with Daresbury-based NHS innovation agency that addresses areas for improvement and focuses on adoption of innovation.Thetool has been specifically developed with dementia patients to improve interaction between families, friends and care providers.
