Anderton Gables boss joins dilapidations steering group

Jonathan, who founded the Preston-based property and construction consultancy in 2007, has more than 25 years of experience working in the property industry.

He said: “Having been involved in a number of high profile and complex dilapidations cases over the years, including one that recently went to trial, I was keen to be part of this group.

The group meets four times a year at the RICS headquarters in London and organises the annual conference in September in London, which offers technical and practical advice on dilapidations disputes. Anderton Gables is an independent property consultancy with offices in Preston, Manchester and most recently, Sheffield employing more than 20 people.
