Amber Taverns makes four new purchases

Blackpool-based Amber Taverns has purchased four new pubs as part of a multimillion-pound wave of acquisitions.

Amber Taverns specialises in the 'Great British community pub', relying on sales of drinks over and above food and meals. The Fab 500 company currently operates around 70 pubs across the North and Midlands, with a view to expanding this by around ten per year over the coming years. The purchases are being supported by owner LGV Capital and Lloyds Bank.
