Here at Gradient Business Services, we talk a lot about change management in business, and like most, we are not immune to change ourselves; and that change is what we wanted to share today.
First of all, we want to announce that Pete Doyle has retired as our head of transforming, for Gradient Transforming.
Pete was with us for over 17 years, and since 2021 had been integral in growing the Gradient Transforming business to where it is today.
We wish Pete all the best for his future.
But knowing Pete, he would not want us to make this all about what has gone before.
We are also pleased to announce that Paul Ridsdale-Smith has taken over as head of transforming.
Paul brings with him a wealth of experience around change management, strategic planning, data governance and of course ERP and business systems.
His determination is to remove any mystique from systems and enable companies to get the business-enhancing most from what is always a significant investment.
His experience will ensure that Gradient Transforming continues to offer an independent perspective on all things ERP, whether introducing a data management program, selecting the optimal system for a company or making sure the technology change is enabled by putting users at the front and centre of the project.
If you have any questions about what this means for you, or you’re looking to start your digital transformation journey, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us!
