Chorley-based travel firm Alfa Leisureplex has secured a £15m funding package with NatWest to continue its post-pandemic growth plans.
Founded in 1984, the company has been employee-owned since 2015, dividing its profits among its workforce of 850.
The Alfa Leisureplex group consists of Alfa Travel, Alfa Coaches, Leisureplex Hotels and David Urquhart Travel.
The funds will allow the company to further expand its offering, including growing its portfolio of 21 hotels.

“We’ve spent a lot of time looking ahead and carving out our future growth plans and the team at NatWest have been so supportive in providing us with a new flexible finance option that will us to further grow across the UK and Ireland and create even more great holidays for customers.”
