Blackburn-based property firm Aldrock has secured planning permission to build 117 new homes in Burnley.
The plans for the Higher Saxifield development, which have been revised since their initial submission last year, include a range of properties from two to five bedrooms.
Gary Willis, head of the architectural department at Aldrock, said: "The application has come with its challenges and was refused last year based on 130 new homes.
"However the application was adjusted to 117 and has now successfully been granted. We look forward to moving the project to the next stage in order to start on site."
