Preston-based AG Project and Building Consultancy is to oversee the delivery of a new £2.7m social housing scheme being delivered by Torus.
Working in partnership with contractor M&Y Maintenance, 13 new homes will be built in Bulkeley, Cheshire, all available via affordable rent, shared ownership and also outright sale.
Work has begun on site, and AG Project and Building Consultancy has been appointed as employers agent representing Torus on the construction project.
