AG appointed as retained consultant for Duchy of Lancaster

Preston-based AG Project + Building Consultancy has been appointed as the Duchy of Lancaster’s retained building consultants for Lancashire.

The Duchy of Lancaster was founded in the 13th century and today oversees a portfolio of land, property and assets held in trust for Her Majesty the Queen as Duke of Lancaster.

AG will manage more than 40 properties comprising residential, commercial and agricultural units across The Duchy of Lancaster's Lancashire Rural Survey. The company will also project manage renovation and refurbishment works of the properties to enhance their sustainability and longevity.
