Career ladder:
Five years in a business school at a university in Cambridge; three years with one of the Top 100 PR consultancies in the UK; then a string of successive 'head huntings' to deliver various managerial and 'coal face' roles in small, large and social enterprises that led to my coming to the attention of the Bank of England, government departments and enterprise regulatory bodies (in a good way!) before moving 'up North' to take on various contracts including as a personal business advisor for Pennine Lancashire Enterprise Trust.
What’s keeping you busy at work at the moment?
Raising my two young boys whilst supporting my wife as she launches her new enterprise.
In my working life, supporting Pennine Lancashire Enterprise Trust to develop new support programmes and materials for people from all walks of life who may be considering launching their own business.

If things start going horribly wrong, duck. It may not be very practical but it can be momentarily comforting.
