Blackburn-based Abbey Telecom has undergone a management buyout by director Andy Wilson and the company accountant Andrew Botham.
The deal, backed by Mercia Fund Managers, secures the jobs of all 17 staff.
Andrew Botham, who joins the board as a non-executive director, is a chartered certified accountant and entrepreneur who was previously the principal in Mayes Accountants in Accrington.
