National green services company Glendale is set to post an increase in turnover of more than 650 per cent for its contract in the North.
In 2016 turnover is expected to eclipse £1m based on current projects alone, a number which is likely to rise as North West Estates continues to seek additional work.
North West Estates was established by Glendale in 2010 and was undertaking grounds maintenance services for small term contracts and ad hoc overflow works from other Glendale contracts.
Dave said: “The North West Estates team has worked flat out for the past six months, pricing and tendering for as much work in the region as we could. Each time we completed a process for a client we evaluated our performance, fine tuning our approach each time.
“This is just the start for North West Estates and our long term plan is to consolidate our current position, continue to maintain the excellent service we provide to our clients, and continue to grow.”
