A new industrial and logistics development is set to be created near Preston, adjacent to J31A of the M6.
The 54-acre Gateway Park will house a range of Industrial units on a build-to-suit or speculative basis ranging from 33,000 sq ft to over 800,000 sq ft.
The first units are anticipated to be ready for occupation in 2025.
Bob Tattrie, managing partner of Trebor, said: “There is a significant lack of prime land supply in the North West region of the UK for Industrial accommodation and we are delighted to bring forward this major development which can meet the requirements of a wide range of occupiers.
"We expect strong interest given the prime location of the site and the lack of availability of such accommodation within the North West.”
