Through this regular column, we will give examples of successful projects to give you some insight into the real-world benefits that businesses like yours are enjoying. To begin with, allow me to walk you through the five stages of implementing the solution, whatever shade of green you’re aiming for.
Initial consultationThe first stage is to review your current situation and calculate where energy can be saved. Rather than buying the best-sounding product, a detailed site survey will highlight which measures will have the biggest benefit for you. We have developed our own iPad application to give the most accurate reports.
Report and designBefore making any commitments, ensure you understand your current energy consumption, as well as the proposed energy and carbon savings. If there is an installation cost, remember to factor this in to your decision, as well as any cost analysis, payback period available to you.
Financial modellingFinancing new technologies can be a challenge, whether your project is big or small. Some customers have a budget in mind, whereas others like to be presented with a range of options from which to choose.
ImplementationOnce you have selected your design and financing option, your new products will be installed and Allied will remove and recycle your old products another shade of green.
Project supportInstallation shouldn’t be the final stage of your purchase – for peace of mind you should ensure your supplier offers on-site support, for this reason all our products carry a 5yr warranty.
