It is the second time Pochin’s has been brought on board by Chancerygate, with the North West specialist already on site delivering a 57,000 sq ft distribution centre for renowned international parcel delivery company, DPD.

Consultants on the project include Fletcher Rae, Bradbrook Consulting, Cudd Bentley Consulting and Feasibility. Agents on the scheme are Savills and Robert Pinkus & Co. Work commences this month and is expected to complete in June 2018.
