CPUK is handling the design, construction and completion of civil engineering works to enable the start of the first phase of the 207 home development.
Another residential development will go ahead in Cannock after CPUK Civils and Remediation completes a £325,000 contract with Homes England to clean up former industrial land where 116 new homes are set to be built. CPUK Civils and Remediation was established in late 2014, headed by Jack Rowley, who has more than 25 years’ experience in heavy civils and remediation. The subsidiary company allows CPUK to offer a full construction and development service to its clients from demolition and site remediation to building work.
