The prestigious event, which is backed by Lancashire Business View will include a keynote address from much loved Olympian – Roger Black, and will celebrate some of Lancashire and Cumbria’s biggest success stories.
Awards up for grabs include: Accountancy Rising Star (outside of practice), sponsored by AFR Consulting; Accountancy Rising Star (in practice), sponsored by Norwest Recruit; Accountancy Firm of the Year, sponsored by Taylor Patterson and the RBS Business of the Year.
This year will also see the introduction of two brand new award categories which are: International Business of the Year, sponsored by Napthens Solicitors and Finance Director of the Year, sponsored by Sage.
The winners will be announced at a special black tie dinner, which takes place at the Imperial Hotel in Blackpool on Thursday 22 November.
Les Nutter, president of the North West Society of Chartered Accountants, said: “This prestigious event celebrates the outstanding achievements of the businesses, the people and the professional advisers of Lancashire and South Lakeland. I hope as people are caught up with Olympic fever they consider celebrating their own success stories by entering our awards and encouraging others to do the same.”
