The guest speaker will be Dave Harrison, Co-Founder and Director of 10Eighty, an organisation that also partners the HR Exchange in Manchester. Dave’s background is in helping organisations deal with difficult conversations and in handling conflict. He will draw on this extensive experience when passing on his thoughts as well as involving you through stories, models and “real-play”.

Dave will use a mix of learning and media to engage and enthuse and will make sure delegates leave the session feeling confident and competent to have that conversation when they get back to the office!
