The gradual re-opening of an array of different businesses, provides a small indication of a return to ‘normal’ life. However, for staff who have been working from home for many months, or working in reduced teams, the prospect of returning to previous ways of working may be an exciting yet daunting prospect.
The ILM delivery team at Preston’s College have put together a series of highly engaging, free*, 1 hour webinars to support you, as you prepare to support your employees. Key topics include innovation, motivation, project management and coaching and mentoring.
Running now, until mid-August, you can sign up to as many or as few of the sessions as you wish. All are offered remotely, via the Zoom platform and are free of charge to SME organisations based in the Lancashire region.
Recent winner of the AOC Beacon Support for Students Award and the Best Performing College in Central Lancashire, Preston’s College is actively working with a wide range of employers and individuals, supporting the meeting of both training needs and business objectives. Allow us to support you, on the next stage of your post Covid-19 journey.
