The Academy launches with the RISE programme which runs one day a month from June - Dec and is packed with exec coaching, management and leadership skills, strategies, mentoring, peer support, fun and challenge, as you achieve with a group of women just like you.

Role has joined forces with East Lancs Chamber of Commerce and Katy Mason MBA to bring female middle and senior managers across the North West a 9 month holistic face to face peer group programme like no other.  

Wendy Bowers has over 40 years of business board experience both in the public and private sector.  She is the Co-Author of the Growing Women, Growing Lancashire report and understands first hand, the challenges women face when advancing their careers.

Katy Mason works with Leaders and Managers to support them and challenge them to tap into their hidden strengths and talents.  She is hugely respected in the coaching industry and works both nationally and internationally.  She hails from a  Corporate background and established an internal coaching academy at O2 before setting up her own business in 2013.
