In a highly interactive session, Rebecca Stevens, Chartered Psychologist and Leadership Coach, will introduce you to FHOCAL™ and help you identify how to apply it in your organisation.
Traditional Change models are not fit for purpose for today’s or future needs, as thy are linear and have an end point. However, people and organisations are continuously evolving and it is what we are particularly good at as a species. However, in business it can be challenging to create a sense of engagement and achieve growth, when there is constant change. FHOCAL™, a new model for change management, brings together the best ideas, theories, research and tools from the field of positive psychology, into six key principles to help you create a change-positive culture.
- Jaydee Davis (Operations Director), Community & Business Partners
