Day 1 - Introducing the neuroscience and psychology of your multilple brains 

Day 2 - the role of the nervous system in decision making and achieving outcomes. The different ways that your brains process and behave depending on the nervous system mode. How to calibrate yours and others brains to diagnose which brain is at the root cause of the issue. 

Day 3 - Learn how to communicate with each brain using powerful questions that unlock the wisdom, intelligence and potential of each brain. Integrate and align the brain and body for wisdom to emerge

Day 4 - utilise the mBIT process and suite of tools for behaviour change, decision making and living in full alignment and integration of the brain and body.
