Five top tips on how to achieve your 2022 goals

Most people begin the New Year with a passion for achieving goals. These goals can vary from weight loss, quitting smoking, reduce alcohol consumption, making new friends or finding a new loving relationship. Yet 50% of people, according to Forbes magazine, give up by 19th January!

Procrastination, lack of motivation, the goal being too difficult or getting distracted are some of the many reasons that people give up.

• How can I be happy and secure?
• How can I be the very best version of myself?
• How can I best support myself and others around me?
