Making it in Lancashire was launched in 2017 to provide Lancashire manufacturers with access to information, opportunities and best practice insights as well as providing a forum to meet with your peers.
This highly successful manufacturers network is hosted by local manufacturers and usually includes a factory or showroom tour, which have proven to be incredibly popular.
Unlike many networks, Making it in Lancashire is a closed group and focuses on the needs of manufacturing businesses only. Non-members from within the industry are welcome to attend.
At this next event we’ll hear from new event sponsor John Woodruffe, Director at Cube Thinking, who deliver the highly successful Agile Growth Programme to scale up Manufacturing businesses in Lancashire, Manchester and Liverpool city region.
We’ll also hear from Melissa Conlon, commercial director at AMRC North West, who will provide an overview of AMRC NW and their current activities. AMRC NW are running an ERDF Funded Project (RADAR) which enables SMEs based in Lancashire to access fully funded research hours to undertake a project with AMRC North West.
