Managers can be a critical factor in any organisation’s growth strategy, it now more than ever. We have become a nation of accidental managers. This half-day masterclass will, therefore, cover working with and leading people, managing activities to achieve results and managing communications, knowledge and information. It will also consider professional development, including personal and career development and self-managed learning.
The session will involve case studies in management and leadership styles, motivation and group activities together with exercises to draw upon the attendees’ own experiences of employment. Current trends within delegates’ own organisations will be explored with different approaches to leadership and management being examined.
This masterclass is suitable for SME leaders (either established or aspiring).
