In this fast paced age of 24-7 connectivity, Meditation and Mindfulness have become popular relaxation tools to help us switch off and recharge, but how do they actually work? And, how can you make them work for you personally, and for your business? Find out in this short interactive session with Yoga instructor and Psychology guru, James Marquis.
James will help us experience some of what these fascinating techniques have to offer. You’ll be able to take away and practice what you’ve learned, and experience why so many people swear by Mindfulness or Meditation (or both) to calm their minds, improve their focus and decision making, and recharge their bodies and souls.
James Marquis spent over 500 hours training in Yoga and meditation practices in the homeland of Yoga, Rishikesh India. He now brings the knowledge and experience that he has gained to his classes and clients here in the North West. James is also a self-employed Psychology Professional and so understands how these ancient practices can be applied for our personal health and applied to our lives in business. James enjoys bringing a light, enjoyable and inspiring approach to all of his talks and workshops.
Hosted by Rachel Kay, you will also get the chance to network with and promote your business to the other attendees in small breakout rooms.
