Stakeholder mapping is a useful tool that helps you to understand who has an interest in your business or project, and how to communicate with them effectively.

This interactive workshop will look at the basics of stakeholder mapping and give you the opportunity to work on your own stakeholder map.

We’ll talk about who your stakeholders are, their level of influence, and how they might impact what you’re doing, as well as how to categorise and prioritise them.

The session will be delivered by Bob Hart of Rosebank PR & Communications, which provides internal and external comms services to a range of organisations from NHS Trusts to charities and SMEs.
