HR Complete Seminar

The seminar aimed at SME owners/directors/HR practitioners and managers will include two interactive sessions and you will be provided with useful resources which you can take away with you following the event.

This session will be delivered by the Forbes Employment Team, Physiofusion and Mattioli Woods.

It will cover a meeting with the employee and HR to go through the sickness absence procedure, a referral to Physiofusion for treatment and HR speaking to Mattioli Woods in relation to employee benefits to look at options available for employee health plans.

This session will be led by the Forbes Employment Team, Vita Safety and Occupational Healthcare Ltd and will cover a health and safety incident, which leads to an occupational health referral.

It will then provide an overview of the matters to be considered in the management and support of an employee with a musculoskeletal problem, considering both the individual and the workplace factors and how best to approach supporting rehabilitation and a sustained return to work
