This course is designed specifically for business owners, non-Finance directors & senior managers, to help demystify the world of finance.

The aim of our course is to help you to assess the financial health of your organisation in the context of its strategic objectives.

Outline ways of ensuring that management reporting is effective in enabling the organisation’s strategy to be achieved. Review of key areas that impact business valuation and how to prove your company’s value.

How to use financial ratios and interpret accounts in order to assess the financial health of an organisation. Understanding the key factors to consider in relation to funding requirements and possible funding options.

Evaluate the director’s role and responsibilities in relation to finance and the relationship between financial and corporate strategies.

Understand common financial statements, how they relate to each other and how they are affected by business decisions.

This course, you will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to assess the financial health of your business, understand the relationship between financial and corporate strategies, the concept of financial risk, the importance of risk assessment and management.
