Do you want to communicate in a way that is guaranteed to win hearts and minds?
Communication is vital to organisations to inspire, engage and empower people inside and outside the business. It is the main tool in our bag that helps us built trust, which is the foundation of all strong relationships after all.
It is, though, a blend of art and science. That is why there is a big difference between effective communication and any old communication. Systems and processes alone will not get the positive results we seek.
It is easy to imagine that communication is just common sense. But, common sense is not so common, and far too often I see people, teams and organisations failing to make the best use of this valuable tool or struggling to overcome the barriers to great communication. To be fair, despite technology, it isn’t easy! But that is where I come in.
At the end of the programme delegates will be able to:
- Understand the ingredients of effective communication and how these can help them win the hearts and minds of those they lead, manage, or promote their services or products to.
- Be able to recognise the barriers to effective communication and how to overcome them.
- Highlight improvements to communication within their organisation or within their leadership and management and develop an action plan.
Who is the workshop for?
Our workshop is for those that wish to improve the way they communicate at work or to overcome the symptoms of poor communication (e.g. broken relationships, a lack of team spirit and low morale, regular conflict and disagreements, or an unwillingness of others to buy-in to what you are promoting or engage with the tasks you delegate). So, whether you are a business owner, leader, manager, work in customer service, marketing or a people-facing role, then this workshop is for you.
