When the impact of COVID-19 magnified in March 2020, the Chancellor deferred the introduction of new IR35 rules for the Private Sector, which were originally due to commence from April 2020.
The new rules, housing significant changes, will now come into force from 6 April 2021 and will apply to medium and large businesses engaging with ‘Off-Payroll’ workers provided via an intermediary, such as a Personal Service Company (PSC).
Join us at one of our two upcoming webinars where Dave Hedges and Jez Howson, employment tax specialists at Azets, will delve deeper, exploring:
- details of the changes
- the impact the new rules will have on your business, workers and end engagers
- the liability transfer rules and the status disagreement process
- what actions businesses should be taking between now and 6 April 2021, in preparation for the new ‘Off-payroll’ IR35 rules.
Our guest speaker, Duncan Smart of Shorterm Group, will also share his insights into IR35 from an agency perspective.
In the meantime, if you have any questions regarding the webinar topic, have a question for our panel or would like to arrange a call with a member of the team, please email [email protected].
