This course will develop your skills as a manager and leader. You’ll cover a range of topics, including managing projects and delivering coaching.
The primary role of a manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver objectives which are in line with organisational strategy.
This qualification is aimed at practising or aspiring managers and leaders who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner.
This course will develop your management and leadership skills.
You’ll learn about:
Managing projects to achieve results
Conducting a management project
Using reflective practice to inform personal and professional development
Principles of management and leadership in an organisational context
Principles of delivering coaching and mentoring
Strategic corporate responsibility and sustainability
Sessions will be delivered in person on Fridays.
