About the speaker:
Lucy Trueman is the Managing Director and Founder of Trueman Change Limited. Heading up a growing team of experts, together they offer change and project management services with extensive experience across public, private and third sectors.
Lucy has been driving change programmes in complex organisations for over 15 years and has spent the last year working with public sector organisations supporting their post covid planning and recovery. She is a member of the Change Management Institute, a board member at People’s Powerhouse (a community interest group working to amplify the voices of the people of the North) and has authored a white paper on change management during COVID.
Where priorities and change agendas are often multi layered, Lucy pulls on a mixture of change and project management techniques to suit the organisation, but at the heart of any successful transformation is a strong emphasis on people and culture to ensure change is not only understood and supported but delivered.
