Supporting Recovery Through Practical Tools & Support: The SME Dynamic Recovery Framework
Professor Simon Bolton and the Productivity and Innovation Centre team at Edge Hill University have developed a flexible and highly effective framework for supporting regional SMEs deal with the current challenging times - The SME Dynamic Recovery Framework.
Several regional SMEs are already using the framework, which helps SMEs to develop a series of short and medium term recovery strategies, helping them to retain existing customers, maximise the current lock down time to be ready for the recovery phase and support staff through this extended period of working from home.
The seminar will introduce the free framework and launch a new online Productivity Toolkit, that focuses on 12 key productivity impact factors supported by peer based case-studies.
